With more than 11 years of experience in financial services, investor relations, and business operations, Ms. Darling focuses on optimizing internal processes, enhancing the client-advisor experience, and developing scalable systems that support the firm's continued growth.
Prior to joining Tortuga Wealth Management, Ms. Darling built her career across real estate private equity, investment management, investment banking, ESG research, fund administration, and wealth management, where she specialized in business operations, investor communications, strategic planning, compliance initiatives, and cross-functional project management. Her diverse background enables her to align operational strategy with exceptional client service while implementing technology-driven solutions and process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency.
Ms. Darling earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and building collaborative teams that deliver exceptional service to clients and advisors alike. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new destinations, reading in the sunshine, and spending time with her husband and their Bernedoodle, Wally.
